The Snapstore App's Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how the Application collects and uses the personal information you provide to the Snapstore App and to assist you in making informed decisions when using the Site or App and its products and services.

What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit the Application you may provide the Snapstore App with two types of information:

The user will provide the Snapstore App with his/her name, email address and a password when the person registers to be a User of the Application. The user may also provide additional comments on how the user seesthe Snapstore Appservicing your needs and interests.
If the user chooses to correspond with Snapstore through email, the Snapstore App may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and Snapstore’s responses to the user. When the user makes a purchase from the App they will be required to provide the Snapstore App with the user’s shipping and billing addresses as well as their credit card number and expiration date.

Web Site or App Use Information.
Similar to other commercial web sites, the Site or App utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" and server logs to collect information about how the Site or App is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Site or App, and the web sites visited just before and just after the Site or App.
The Snapstore App,its advertisers, advertisement serving companies and Affiliated Parties may also use small pieces of code called "web beacons" or "clear gifs" to determine which advertisements and promotions Users have seen and how Users responded to them. We may also use aggregate data obtained from the user’s photos meta information to provide appropriate access to helpful resources relevant to the user’s camera.

How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
Broadly speaking, the Snapstore App uses personal information for purposes of administering and expanding its business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to its customers and prospective customers.
Occasionally, the Snapstore App may also use the information it collects to notify you about important changes to the Site or App and new services and special offers the Publisher thinks you will find valuable. The Site or App is set up so that the user can control who can view the Content and Material in his/her account.The Snapstore App is committed to keeping the user’s Content and Material private and secure. The Snapstore App will never make the user’s Content and Material publicly accessible, except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, by the user’s explicit authorization.
Please note that if the user chooses to post a hyperlink to his/her Content and Material on his/her own or other websites, or the user shares his/her Content and Material with their friends or family members and they post the user’s share invitation on a website or forward it to other individuals, these pictures may be accessible to others who view the email invitation or visit these websites.
The Snapstore App will therefore not be liable for any publication of the user’s Content and Material made otherwise than by a direct disclosure by the Snapstore App. It is clarified that mere hosting of Content and Material on the Site or App shall not be construed as a direct disclosure of such Content and Material without a specific reference to such Content and Material made by the Snapstore App in any communication with any third party. 

In order to provide quality products, the Snapstore App's employees and third-party service providers fulfilling the user’s order or providing Customer Support to the user may view your Content and Materials.

Sharing Information with Third Parties.
The Snapstore App may enter into alliances, partnerships or other business arrangements with third parties who may be given access to personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email for the purpose of providing you information regarding products and services that the Snapstore App thinks will be of interest to you.

How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, the users are requested not to send private information to the Snapstore App by email. Some of the information the user may enter on the App may be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer SSL, 128-bit encryption services.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?
The user can update his/her Account information and change the password from the 'My Account' page. If the user has forgotten the password, the user can set a new one by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link on App's sign-in page.

Certain Disclosures.
The Snapstore App may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if the Snapstore App believes that such action is necessary to
 (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on the Snapstore App or its Affiliated Parties;
  (b) protect and defend the Snapstore App’s rights and property, the Site or App, the users of the Site or App, and/or its Affiliated Parties; or
 (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of Users of the Site or App, the Publisher, or third parties.The Snapstore App may also have to disclose user information to Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest in case they require specific information, because our apps run on these platforms.

What About Other Web Sites Linked to Our Web Site or App?
The Snapstore App is not responsible for the practices employed by web sites hyperlinked to or from the Site or App nor the information or content contained therein. Often hyperlinks to other web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of the Site or App. Please remember that when the user uses a link to go from the Site or App to another web Site or App, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. The user’s browsing and interaction on any other web Site or App, including web sites which have a link on the Site or App, is subject to that web Site or App's own rules and policies and the Snapstore App has no liability whatsoever in that connection.

User’s Consent.
By using the Site or App the user consents to our collection and use of the user’s personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If the Snapstore App changes its Privacy Policy and procedures, the Snapstore App will post those changes on the Site or App to keep the user aware of what information the Application collects, how such information is used and under what circumstances the Snapstore App may disclose it.

Prohibitions
The user may not use any content that includes but is not limited to photos that indicate alcohol content; are hateful, threatening, defamatory, or pornographic; incite violence; or contain nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. The Snapstore App reserves the right to delete any such images, and deny services to such users. The Snapstore App also reserves the right to report such offenses to the appropriate authorities.
