Each product comes in a different size and orientation. Please check the app to see the available sizes for a particular product. All measurements provided are in inches.

Currently, we only have option for one frame that is black in colour.

No. we do not do wedding album printing.
Our tool, built into the app itself, has the ability to identify whether the uploaded image meets the minimum quality required to have it printed. If the image is of low quality, a warning message will appear stating the same. We suggest to upload pictures of at least (one) 1 Mb.
We currently have 3 supporting formats. Jpg, jpeg and png.
We currently don't promise that the Snapbook pictures are going to be in order.


FAQs Regarding ORDER

Currently, it is not possible to track the order through the app itself. You can however write to us at admin@thesnapstoreapp.com with the order id and we’ll get back to you at the earliest with the status.

Yes. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation mail on your registered email id.

Our systems are completely automated to ensure better efficiency. Unfortunately, this also means that it is not possible to modify your order once it’s been placed.

However, you can cancel orders for printed photos if the photos haven’t been sent for processing. You may request a cancellation by writing to us at admin@thesnapstoreapp.com.
Orders for the printed products can only be cancelled if the product has not been sent for processing. Upon cancellation of the order, the entire amount will be refunded to you within 15 working days. You may request a cancellation by writing to us at admin@thesnapstoreapp.com
We deploy a series of quality checks to ensure that the product is shipped to you in a proper condition. However, if you do receive a damaged product, we will provide you with a free replacement within 10 days of you notifying us. Write to us at admin@thesnapstoreapp.com with the damage/defect along with your order number and the photo of the product.
To maintain our high standards, we have different production times for different products. We currently do not have an option to rush production. We take about 2-3 business days to process your order, post which the product will be shipped to you. It might then take around 5-8 days for you to receive your shipment. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery.


FAQs Regarding SHIPPING

We currently ship across India. However, there are certain pin codes where we don't deliver to yet. To check if we deliver to your particular location, you can enter your pin code at the space designated at the check-out page.
If we don't deliver at your pin code, you can contact the customer care, they will try to arrange delivery specially for you with another courier company.

Unfortunately, there is no provision to change the shipping address within the app. You may, however, send us and email and we’ll try to change it for you.

Usually it takes about 5- 8 days to receive your shipment after it is shipped from our facility. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery.
