If the user chooses to correspond with Snapstore through email, the Snapstore App may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and Snapstore’s responses to the user. When the user makes a purchase from the App they will be required to provide the Snapstore App with the user’s shipping and billing addresses as well as their credit card number and expiration date.

We may also use aggregate data obtained from the user’s photos meta information to provide appropriate access to helpful resources relevant to the user’s camera.
Broadly speaking, the Snapstore App uses personal information for purposes of administering and expanding its business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to its customers and prospective customers.
Occasionally, the Snapstore App may also use the information it collects to notify you about important changes to the Site or App and new services and special offers the Publisher thinks you will find valuable. The Site or App is set up so that the user can control who can view the Content and Material in his/her account.The Snapstore App is committed to keeping the user’s Content and Material private and secure. The Snapstore App will never make the user’s Content and Material publicly accessible, except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, by the user’s explicit authorization.

The Snapstore App will therefore not be liable for any publication of the user’s Content and Material made otherwise than by a direct disclosure by the Snapstore App. It is clarified that mere hosting of Content and Material on the Site or App shall not be construed as a direct disclosure of such Content and Material without a specific reference to such Content and Material made by the Snapstore App in any communication with any third party. In order to provide quality products, the Snapstore App's employees and third-party service providers fulfilling the user’s order or providing Customer Support to the user may view your Content and Materials.
